b. Free plan. We offer a free tier with limited features. The free plan is subject to usage limits, including a cap on the number of invoices that may be uploaded per month. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits at any time with reasonable notice.
c. Cancellation. You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through the billing portal accessible from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are provided unless required by applicable law.
d. Payment processing. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. BOH Brain does not store your full payment card details. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
You must create an account to access BOH Brain. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information about yourself and your organization when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, including any purchases made. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately at support@bohbrain.com.
You may invite additional team members to your organization. You are responsible for ensuring that all users in your organization comply with these Terms of Service.
By using our platform, you agree that BOH Brain may use anonymized operational data generated through your use of the platform to improve our AI models, parsing accuracy, and platform features. We will not use your personally identifiable information or proprietary business data (such as your recipes, pricing, or financial data) to train models, and we will ensure that no data originating from your account is exposed to or accessible by any other user in any identifiable form.
